VW24T is a CNC vertical twin-tool holder lathe with wide rectangular hardened guideway, which is a highly efficient machine tool developed for automotive wheel hub machining. The machine has single spindle and double tool holders, controlled by dual-channel CNC system, two six-station servo tool holders can be independently set up and feed each other, and the two tool holders can simultaneously process inner and outer rings of wheel hubs, which is flexible and versatile; one set of control controls two sets of feeds, which has high machining efficiency and covers a small area.
